2 cups Low fat yogurt
½ cup Onions, finely chopped
2-3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
Salt and freshly ground pepper
¼ cup Fresh coriander leaves, or parsley, finely chopped

Directions
