Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Thick, natural yoghurt
Same volume watermelon; chopped, peeled
1 pinch Cumin; ground
1 pinch Paprika
1 teaspoon Coriander leaves; chopped

Directions

Whisk the yoghurt slightly then add the diced watermelon, the spices and the coriander leaves. Season with salt and black pepper, finely ground.

Serve chilled.
