Raspberry cocktail

24.00 ounce Frozen raspberries, un- sweetened
cup Sugar
4.00 cup Boiling water
2.00 Lemons

Directions

Cook the frozen raspberries with the sugar over low heat in a saucepan. Gradually increase heat to medium as the raspberries juice up. Continue cooking until sugar dissolves, about 20 minutes. Mash the mixture with a potato masher, then seive to capture the seeds.

Discard the seeds. Juice 2 of the lemons and add to the raspberry juice. Boil the water and add to the juice mxture. Let cool completely, then refrigerate. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
