Ready and waiting vegetable slaw

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds French-style green beans
10 ounces Corn
10 ounces Peas
1 pounds Cabbage/coleslaw mix
1 cup Chopped onion
1 cup Chopped celery
cup Cider vinegar
½ cup Water
1 cup Sugar
¼ cup Canola oil
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Steam frozen vegetables(first group of 3 veggies) until crisp-tender, approx 3 minutes. Combine with fresh veggies (second group of 3 veggies) In saucepan, combine dressing ingredients (vinegar, water, sugar, oil, salt, pepper) and bring to boil. Cool for 5 minutes. Pour over vegetables. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Will keep in frig several weeks. Makes approx. 30 1/2cup servings.
