Ingredients

6 | Chicken breasts; boiled and chopped | |
3 | cups | Chicken broth |
2 | cans | Cream of mushroom soup |
1½ | cup | Instant rice; uncooked |
1 | carton | (8-oz) sour cream |
1 | pack | Crackers |
½ | Stick butter or oleo; melted |
Directions
Mix chicken, broth, soup, rice and sour cream all together. Pour into a casserole dish. Crumble crackers. Mix cracker crumbs with butter, sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered.
