Red and green mexican rice salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Cooked white rice
1 cup Tomatillo sauce or green chile sauce
1 can Black beans
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Red salsa
Fresh basil

Directions

Spoon 1 cup of rice into glass bowl. Spread green sauce over rice. Add another 1 cup of rice. Spoon black beans over rice. Spread sour cream over beans. Spoon remaining cup of rice over sour cream. Spread red salsa over top. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Garnish with fresh basil to serve. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
