1 tablespoon Black peppercorns crushed
1 teaspoon Oregano crushed
2 Garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Chianti
½ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Cider vinegar
4 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Chili powder

Directions
