Red potatoes & peas

3 mediums Red potatoes -- scubbed
1 bunch Green onion -- chopped
10 ounces Frozen peas
2 teaspoons Margarine
½ teaspoon Fresh ground pepper
2 tablespoons Fresh mint -- chopped

Directions

Cut potatoes into ¾" pieces. Place potatoes and onions in a saucepan, barely cover with water and bring to boil. Simmer until just tender. add peas, cover and cook for 1 minute. Drain, add margarine, pepper and mint. Toss gently and heat for 1 minute more.
