Red wine vinaigrette

1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Red Wine
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Water
¼ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
½ teaspoon Dry Mustard
½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Dried Basil
1 small Clove Garlic; Finely Minced
1 slice Onion; Minced, Or 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder

Directions

Red wine softens the sharpness of vinegar and lends a richness to this dressing.

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, or combine in a glass jar, cover and shake well.

Yields: ½ C (8 Tbsp)
