Directions
My sister just sent me a great cookbook - Biker Billy Cooks With Fire! Not only is it funny, and informative, the recipes look pretty good! Barb AKA Brad was asking for salsa recipes without tomatoes - I found these two in the book:
Heat the oil in a small saute pan over medium heat. Add the cayenne peppers, onion, and bell pepper and saute for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the onion is transparent. Add the black pepper, salt and water and reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Puree in a blender or food processor equipped with a chopping blade for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until no large pieces of pepper remain. Serve warm.
