Remoulade sauce (the classic seafood dipping sauce)

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Capers
2 tablespoons Green onions; (minced)
1 dash Tabasco Sauce
cup Chili sauce
1 tablespoon Horseradish
tablespoon Creole mustard
1 dash Ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix until a uniform color. Refrigerate. Serve with chilled boiled shrimp. Makes about 11/2 cups.
