Ribs with plum sauce

5 | pounds | Pork spareribs; (5 Or 6 Lbs) |
¾ | cup | Soy sauce |
¾ | cup | Plum Jam Or Apricot Preserves |
¾ | cup | Honey |
2 | Garlic cloves; Minced |
Directions
Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; place with bone side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 350F for 1 hour or until ribs are tender; drain. Combine remaining ingredients; brush some of the sauce over ribs. Bake at 350F or grill over medium coals, uncovered, for 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with sauce. Yield: 6 servings.
