Rice and butternut squash pilaf

6 | ounces | Box wheat pilaf mix |
8 | ounces | Butternut squash; pared/seeded -cut into 1/2 inch dice |
4 | ounces | Diced cooked ham |
10 | ounces | Frozen green peas |
Directions
Cook together wheat pilaf mix, according to package directions and butternut squash. When squash is tender and pilaf is cook, about 15 minutes, stir in ham and thawed peas. Makes 6 servings. MC formatting by bobbi744@...
