Rice and butternut squash pilaf

6 ounces Box wheat pilaf mix
8 ounces Butternut squash; pared/seeded -cut into 1/2 inch dice
4 ounces Diced cooked ham
10 ounces Frozen green peas

Directions

Cook together wheat pilaf mix, according to package directions and butternut squash. When squash is tender and pilaf is cook, about 15 minutes, stir in ham and thawed peas. Makes 6 servings. MC formatting by bobbi744@...
