Rice pilaf salad

Ingredients

1½ | cup | brown rice, cooked |
1 | cup | garbanzo beans, cooked |
1 | cup | red adzuki beans (or kidney |
2 | eaches | apples, cored and chopped |
½ | cup | celery, sliced |
1 | each | green pepper, chopped |
½ | cup | plain green olives, sliced |
¼ | cup | green onion, sliced |
¼ | cup | parsley, diced |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and toss together. Chill 1 hour. Just before serving, pour dressing of your choice over salad. Toss and serve.
