Rice pudding in a jiffy

Whipped cream or topping
Cooked rice
2 T.corn syrup
Raisins
Vanilla
Nutmeg

Directions

Whip cream or dream whip and add vanilla. Add cold rice and the corn syrup and raisins. Use your own judgement as to how much of each, this recipe is designed to use up leftover rice. Put in dessert dishes and sprinkle with nutmeg. Refrigerate or use immediately.
