Roasted corn in husks - country living

Ingredients

8 Ears yellow corn with husks
3 tablespoons Butter, melted

Directions

1. Heat oven to 325'F (see Note). Carefully pull back husks and remove all silk from corn. Rinse corn and thoroughly moisten husks.

Pull the husks back into place. 2. Place corn on oven rack around turkey roasting pan. Roast 40 to 45 minutes or until tender. Unwrap and brush corn kernels with melted butter before serving.

Note: If you have a second oven or are not roasting a turkey, heat oven to 400'F and arrange corn on top rack of oven; roast 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
