Roasted potatoes (geoffrey's style)

Ingredients

2 pounds Red potatoes
½ cup Vegetable oil
½ teaspoon Black pepper
½ teaspoon White pepper
½ teaspoon Cayenne
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Cumin
teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Boil peeled potatoes until semi-cooked, very starchy.

Add spices to oil-mix well. Pour half of oil mixture onto a baking sheet and add potatoes. Pour remaining spice mixture over potatoes to coat them thoroughly.

Bake in preheated oven at 450 degrees F. until potatoes start to crisp, about 15 to 20 minutes.
