Roasted quail and apple jerky salsa part 2 of 3 - glaze

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

4 | cups | Fresh apple cider |
¼ | cup | Fresh ginger; diced |
½ | cup | Brown sugar |
2 | teaspoons | Cinnamon |
Directions
Puree together ¼ cup apple cider and ginger and place puree in a saucepan with the remaining cider, sugar and cinnamon. Simmer for 30 to 35 minutes over medium heat until reduced to the consistency of maple syrup.
