Rosamarina carribean-style

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Creamette Rosmarina or Acini di Pepe; uncooked
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Wyler's chicken-flavor lnstant bouillon
1 teaspoon Margarine
3 mediums Fresh tomatoes; peeled, seeded and chopped
¼ cup Sliced green onion
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
½ teaspoon American Heart Association original herb seasoning
¼ teaspoon Curry powder
teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Directions

In large skillet, combine all ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer until liquid is absorbed, 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
