Rosamarina carribean-style

Ingredients

1 | cup | Creamette Rosmarina or Acini di Pepe; uncooked |
1 | cup | Water |
1 | teaspoon | Wyler's chicken-flavor lnstant bouillon |
1 | teaspoon | Margarine |
3 | mediums | Fresh tomatoes; peeled, seeded and chopped |
¼ | cup | Sliced green onion |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh parsley |
½ | teaspoon | American Heart Association original herb seasoning |
¼ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
⅛ | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
Directions
In large skillet, combine all ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer until liquid is absorbed, 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
