Caribbean fruited rice

3 cups Cooked Instant Brown minute rice (or home cooked plain brown
Rice)
1 cup Chopped red apple
1 cup Chopped celery
½ cup Green onion, chopped
½ cup Cashews
cup Dried apricots, chopped
cup Raisins
cup Miracle whip salad dressing
cup Orange juice
½ teaspoon Allspice
½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together into large bowl. Spoon into lightly greased 6 cups ring mould. Refrigerate. To serve, unmold carefully onto glass plate. Makes 10 servings.
