Rosy caraway cheese dip

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Low-fat cream cheese
;at room temperature
1 tablespoon Butter, at room temperature
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Chives, chopped
1 large Shallot, minced
4 teaspoons Caraway seeds
4 teaspoons Paprika
4 teaspoons Capers, drained

Directions

GARNISH

In a food processor or a bowl, combine all ingredients except capers.

Process or mix until very well blended. Add capers and blend in for a few seconds. Chill. Best if made several days ahead.

Serve in a bowl, sprinkled with chives. Pumpernickel, black bread or other dark breads go well with this.
