Rustic ham and spinach pie

Ingredients

1 | can | (10 oz) pillsbury refrigerated all ready pizza crust |
2 | teaspoons | Olive oil; or oil |
½ | teaspoon | Minced garlic; 1/2 to 1 clove |
1 | pounds | Green giant frozen cut leaf spinach; thawed, squeezed to drain |
8 | ounces | Swiss cheese; sliced |
8 | ounces | Cooked ham; thinly sliced |
Directions
Heat oven to 425 F. Spray 9-inch round cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place pizza crust in pan; press firmly to bottom and sides. Roll top edge under and press against top rim of pan to secure. Bake at 425 F. for 7 to 9 minutes or until light golden brown.
In small bowl, combine oil and garlic. Brush partially baked crust with 1 teaspoon of the oil mixture. Place spinach in bottom of crust; top with half of the cheese. Place ham over cheese; brush with remaining oil mixture. Place around edge of crust.
Bake at 425 F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
