Salmon in cream cheese pastry

2 | tablespoons | Butter |
2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice |
1 | dash | Tabasco sauce |
Pastry: | ||
½ | cup | Butter |
1 | cup | Cream cheese |
1 | cup | Grated Cheddar cheese |
1 | cup | Flour |
Directions
Wash fillets & pat dry. Butter baking platter & arrange fillets in such a way that there is at least 1" of space around each one. Melt butter & stir in lemon juice & Tabasco. Brush lemon juice over fillets. In a pastry maker or food processor or bowl cream butter & cheeses. Add flour until dough just forms a ball. Divide dough into 4 sections & roll out on floured board until it is about ⅛" thick.
Carefully cover each fillet with the pastry shell, tucking it in at the edges & trimming off any excess. Bake ½ hour or until golden brown at 375. Serve immediately.
