Salsa for honey baked ham

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Whole habanero peppers
1 Whole mango
1 large Peach
1 Whole lime, the juice of
1 dash Curry powder
1 dash Cumin

Directions

I just drop the habanero in a running food processor and then add the other ingredients and pulse until semi smooth. I am giving this recipe from memory (which is fading quickly it seems) so let me know if you would like the "official" recipe and I will post it from home.

NOTES : The habanero gives it a nice heat in contrast to the sweetness of= the fruit. It's been a big hit at the summer potlucks.
