Sauerkraut-bean-stew

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can (small) of suaerkraut (13 ounces)
4 ounces Onions
1 ounce Butterfat
1 Spoon cumin
1 Spoon paprika (sweet)
A bit nutmeg
1 can (big) tomatos (content: 16 ounces tomatoes plus juice)
8 fluid ounce Vegetable soup
10 ounces Saucages
1 can (small) white beans (13 ounces)
3 fluid ounce Cream
Salt, pepper

Directions

1. cut the onions in small pieces an boil them together with the fat and the sauerkraut. Add cumin, paprika and nutmeg and mix all.

2. add the tomatoes incl. the juice and the vegetable soup and cook it 25 Minutes in an open pot

3. Cut the saucages into pieces and add it 4. Put the beans in a sieve and let them drip of 5. Add the beans and the creams and let it boil for a minute 6. Add salt and pepper
