Sauerkraut-bean-stew

Ingredients

1can(small) of suaerkraut (13 ounces)
4ouncesOnions
1ounceButterfat
1Spoon cumin
1Spoon paprika (sweet)
A bit nutmeg
1can(big) tomatos (content: 16 ounces tomatoes plus juice)
8fluid ounceVegetable soup
10ouncesSaucages
1can(small) white beans (13 ounces)
3fluid ounceCream
Salt, pepper

Directions

1. cut the onions in small pieces an boil them together with the fat and the sauerkraut. Add cumin, paprika and nutmeg and mix all.

2. add the tomatoes incl. the juice and the vegetable soup and cook it 25 Minutes in an open pot

3. Cut the saucages into pieces and add it 4. Put the beans in a sieve and let them drip of 5. Add the beans and the creams and let it boil for a minute 6. Add salt and pepper
