Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Butter
¼ cup Apple cider
2 tablespoons Prepared mustard
4 Fish steaks

Directions

Melt butter in a skillet. Spread surface of fish steaks with mustard.

Add cider to butter and sautee steaks ten minutes on a side in this mixture. Also for: Any large fish steak will work. Suggestions: SUBST beer for Apple Cider. Recipe date: 11/28/87
