Quick and easy sauteed salmon steaks

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Salmon Steaks
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce (thin or mushroom) or fish sauce
4 slices Lemon
½ Red onion sliced and cut into half rings
2 tablespoons Margerine
½ teaspoon To 1 ts garlic, minced

Directions

In large and heavy non-stick skillet, melt margerine, add soy or oriental fish sauce and garlic. Let fuse and ad onion, allow to soften fully then and add salmon. Cook 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and continue another 4 to 5 minutes or until it easily flakes. Garnish with lemon slices.
