Savory baked beans with sausage

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ - 1 Lb Bulk Pork Sausage
1 Green Pepper, chopped fine
1 medium Onion, chopped fine
1 can Pork & Beans - in tomato
Sauce
½ cup Chili Sauce or Ketchup
cup Brown Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
3 slices Bacon - fried crisp

Directions

Shape pork into 1 inch balls and brown in skillet. Pour off excess fat, add green pepper and onions, cook. Combine with beans and ketchup, brown sugar, salt, dry mustard, worcestershire sauce in 1½ quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Crumble bacon strips on top. Bake 10 minutes longer.
