Savory sprouts

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 10 oz pkg frozen brussell sprouts
1 tablespoon Plus margarine
teaspoon Ground savory
¼ teaspoon Dried basil
1 pack Instant chicken broth
teaspoon Pepper
1 dash Nutmeg

Directions

Cook Brussell sprouts according to package directions. Drain. While sprouts are cooking, melt margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients and pour over sprouts. Toss and serve Per serving: 3g protien, 4g fat, 6g carb., 264mg sodium, 0mg chol., 62 calories.
