2 | pounds | Frozen mixed vegetables (cook package & drain) |
1½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
1 | medium | Onion (grated) |
1 | teaspoon | Powdered mustard |
1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
3 | Hard boiled eggs; chopped | |
4 | tablespoons | Salad oil |
1 | dash | Tobasco |
Salt & pepper to taste | ||
1 | teaspoon | Horseradish (optional) |
1 | Pimentos (optional) (up to 2) |

Cook the vegetables according to package but don't overcook. In a large bowl mix the rest of the ingredients, then fold in the hot vegetables. Can be frozen at this point or served immediately or refrigerated and served later by heating 30 minutes at 350 degrees. If frozen, let thaw, then heat about 30 minutes.
