Scallops on the half shell with wasabi lime vinaigrette

Ingredients

12 | Shucked scallops; (small or singing) | |
1 | Shallot; minced | |
1 | teaspoon | Minced ginger |
¼ | cup | Fresh lime juice |
1 | tablespoon | Wasabi tobiko |
Directions
Mix all together and spoon on top of scallops. Garnish with a little more wasabi tobiko. Plate on crushed ice or rock salt. This recipe yields 4 servings.
