Scallops on the half shell with wasabi lime vinaigrette

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 Shucked scallops; (small or singing)
1 Shallot; minced
1 teaspoon Minced ginger
¼ cup Fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Wasabi tobiko

Directions

Mix all together and spoon on top of scallops. Garnish with a little more wasabi tobiko. Plate on crushed ice or rock salt. This recipe yields 4 servings.
