1 ounce Boiled Ham, Cut In Strips
1 tablespoon Sliced Green Onion
1 tablespoon Butter Or Margarine
teaspoon Dried Basil, Crushed
2 Large Beaten Eggs
2 tablespoons Whole Milk
2 tablespoons Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

In a 15-ounce casserole combine ham, green onion, butter or margarine, and basil. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 30 seconds to 1 minute or till mixture is heated through. Meanwhile stir together beaten eggs and milk. Pour over ham mixture in casserole. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 50% power for 3 to 3½ minutes or till eggs are nearly set, pushing cooked portions to center of dish several times during cooking. Sprinkle with cheese. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power abotu 30 seconds more or till the cheese is just melted.
