Seafood medley in patty shells

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons Butter or margarine
3 tablespoons Flour
cup Dijon style mustard
¼ teaspoon Paprika
teaspoon Cayenne pepper
teaspoon Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Salt
3 cups Half and half cream
¼ cup Dry sherry
6 ounces Cooked crabmeat
6 ounces Cooked shrimp
6 ounces Cooked lobster
8 Baked patty shells

Directions

In a medium saucepan,melt butter.Mix in flour.Cook 2 to 3 minutes.Add mustard,paprika,cayenne pepper,nutmeg and salt.Slowly,mix in cream.Cook,stirring until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.Stir in sherry and seafood,cut into bite size pieces.Fill patty shells.
