Sharmaine's favorite chicken and broccoli stir-fry

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Oil
1 pounds Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
4 cups Vegetables (broccoli flowerets, red pepper strips, sliced water chestnuts)
cup Chicken broth
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
¾ teaspoon Ground ginger
2 cups MINUTE Original Rice, uncooked

Directions

Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cooking Time: 15 minutes.

1. STIR-FRY chicken in hot oil in large skillet until browned. Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender-crisp.

2. MIX broth, soy sauce, cornstarch and spices; stir into skillet.

Bring to boil; boil 1 minute.

3. MEANWHILE prepare rice as directed on package. Serve chicken and vegetables over rice.
