Sharmaine's favorite chicken and broccoli stir-fry

Ingredients

1 | tablespoon | Oil |
1 | pounds | Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips |
4 | cups | Vegetables (broccoli flowerets, red pepper strips, sliced water chestnuts) |
1½ | cup | Chicken broth |
2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Cornstarch |
1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
¾ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
2 | cups | MINUTE Original Rice, uncooked |
Directions
Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cooking Time: 15 minutes.
1. STIR-FRY chicken in hot oil in large skillet until browned. Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender-crisp.
2. MIX broth, soy sauce, cornstarch and spices; stir into skillet.
Bring to boil; boil 1 minute.
3. MEANWHILE prepare rice as directed on package. Serve chicken and vegetables over rice.
