Shrimp creole au gratin

3 cups COURT BOUILLON
pounds Large fresh shrimp
2 cups Cooked & drained fettuccine
Noodles
cup CREOLE SAUCE
½ cup Coarsely grated med cheddar
Cheese
½ cup Coarsely grated old cheddar
Cheese
½ cup Coarsely grated swiss or
Havarti

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Bring court to boil. Add shrimp & simmer just until cooked through, 3-5 minutes. Cool, peel & devein. Place noodles in greased shallow dish. Spread shrimp over noodles; pour sauce evenly over. Combine cheeses & sprinkle over sauce. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted & gold.
