Shrimp au gratin, iii

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter or oleo
1 cup Milk
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 cup Sharp cheese, grated
Buttered bread crumbss
3 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Lea & Perrins sauce
1 Green onion, chopped fine
2 cups Shrimp, cleaned, boiled
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk. Add seasonings, cheese and shrimp. Place in casserole or ramekins. Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
