Dash of Tabasco sauce | ||
1 | cup | Sharp cheese, grated |
Buttered bread crumbss | ||
3 | tablespoons | Flour |
1 | teaspoon | Lea & Perrins sauce |
1 | Green onion, chopped fine | |
2 | cups | Shrimp, cleaned, boiled |
Salt & pepper to taste |
Directions
Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk. Add seasonings, cheese and shrimp. Place in casserole or ramekins. Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
