Shrimp salad for a crowd

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 3oz pkgs cherry jello
4 cups Tomato juice
1 tablespoon Vinegar
2 7 5oz cans chopped or broken
Shrimp
1 cup Chopped celery
½ cup Grated carrots
Onion salt

Directions

Dissolve the jello with hot tomato juice. Stir until no crystals remain. Add veinger. Cool. When half set, add the shrimp, celery, carrots and a little onion salt. Refrigerate until completely set, overnight.
