Shrimp with cilantro lime cocktail sauce

Ingredients

¾ cup Ketchup
2 tablespoons Cilantro; chopped
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 tablespoon Horseradish
3 dashes Hot pepper sauce
1 pounds Cooked shrimp; chilled
Cracked ice
Lime wedges or slices

Directions

1. To make the sauce combine the ketchup, cilantro, lime juice, horseradish and hot pepper sauce in a bowl. 2. Cover and store in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. 3. To serve, place shrimp on a bed of cracked ice, garnish with lime wedges and serve with sauce.
