Cocktail party shrimp

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Bunch scallions/shallots
½ large Bunch parsley
2 cans Whole pimentos
2 larges Pods garlic
3 Parts salad oil to 1 part
White vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Dry mustard
Red pepper
5 pounds Boiled shelled cleaned
Shrimp or defrosted frozen

Directions

Chop vegetables fine in a food processor or blender. Add to oil/ vinegar mixture. Mix well. Season to taste with other seasonings.

Pour mixture over shrimp, turn several times. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours, mixing occasionally. Drain liquid to serve. Serve with toothpicks.
