Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Shortning
Enough cold water to make it all form together into a ball.

Directions

Mix the flour and salt together. With a pastry blender cut in the shortning. Add cold water until it forms a ball. Roll it out. Another tip she gave me was to make indentions in the ball of dough with the side of your hand in a tic tac toe pattern. The dough will roll out relatively round. I use this same dough for cobbler.
