Slim jim hawaiian chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Fryer; cut up (3-4 lb), washed
1 small Onion; chopped, or 1 tsp. onion powder
¼ cup Soy sauce
cup Water
Water pack pineapple or pineapple juice

Directions

OPTIONAL

Wonderful with rice! It's from the Chicken Cookbook, with my modifications.

Arrange chicken in 9 X 13 pan, skin side down. Mix onioin or powder, soy sauce and water (plus ¼-⅓ cup pineapple or juice, if desired). Pour over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
