Smoked salmon and roasted pepper dip

½ cup Low fat cottage cheese
¼ cup Reduce fat cream cheese
4 ounces Sliced smoked salmon; coarsely chopped
teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon Horseradish
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 large Red bell pepper roasted;peeled,seeded
2 tablespoons Snipped fresh chives

Directions

Combine cottage cheese and cream cheese in food processor;process until smooth about 2 minutes.Add salmon,lemon juice,horseradish and salt.Process until salmon is finely chopped,about 1 minute.Finely dice red bell pepper.add to salmon mixture with chives.Stir to combine.
