Ingredients

1 | cup | Salmon (15oz) |
⅔ | cup | Cottage cheese, low fat |
¼ | teaspoon | Liquid smoke seasoning |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
2 | tablespoons | Onion; minced |
2 | tablespoons | Olives, ripe; finely chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Worchestershire sauce |
½ | teaspoon | Paprika |
Directions
Drain salmon and chop fine, or mash with a fork.
Press cottage cheese through a strainer, or blend smooth; combine with salmon and remaining ingredients.
Mix well. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
Serve with melba toast or party rye.
