Party nibbles: smoked salmon pt

Ingredients

½ | pounds | Smoked salmon |
½ | cup | Light cream cheese |
2 | tablespoons | Light mayonnaise |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
¼ | cup | Green onions, chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh dill, chopped |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
In food processor, pure salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth. Mix in onions, dill and pepper.
[Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 days.] Smoked trout may be substituted for the salmon. Serve with pumpernickel bread or crackers, or on cucumber slices. Garnish with fresh dill or green onions.
