| 2 | Jars (7 oz) or tins jalapeno pepper, slivered | |
| 1 | pounds | Grated Cheddar cheese |
| 8 | Eggs, beaten | |
| Salt and pepper | ||
Directions
Drain and seed peppers. Cut into length slivers. Arrange in bottom of a pie tin. Press grated cheese over the peppers. Beat eggs and salt and pepper.
