Sour chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Chicken breasts
600 millilitres Oil
4 tablespoons Water
5 Cloves garlic; chopped
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 Limes; juice of
1 tablespoon Fish sauce; (optional) or extra
; salt to taste
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 Red chillies; sliced finely

Directions

Cut each breast into 8 pieces.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown, then pour off oil.

Add rest of ingredients and simmer until tender. Pick out some of the garlic and discard.
