Southern style baked pork chop

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Pork chops; thick, centercut
2 tablespoons Oil
2 mediums Onions; sliced
½ cup Uncooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (28-oz) tomatoes

Directions

Brown chops in oil. Place in baking dish and cover with onion. Sprinkle rice over chops; add salt and pepper. Cover with tomatoes and bake, covered, at 300 for 2 hours.
