1 | tablespoon | Plus 1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Ground red pepper |
Directions
Directions: Combine all ingredients in large zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well. Store tightly sealed in refrigerator, and shake well before each use.
Use as a coating mix for poultry, pork, or fish. Yield: 1-½ cups (serving size: 2 tablespoons).
