Soutine's rosemary whole wheat bread

1 | teaspoon | Salt; 1 1/2 tsp. |
3 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil; 1/4 cup |
3 | tablespoons | Honey; 1/4 cup |
¾ | cup | Water; 1 cup + 2 Tbsps. |
Directions
FOR 1 POUND (1½ POUND
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by manufacturer. Process on the basic or white bread cycle. R.B. - This made with the 1 ½ pound amounts was an incredibly high light whole wheat loaf. We loved it. Can also try with other seasonings. MC formatting by bobbi744@...
NOTES : Soutine's signature loaf served at Fairway or Zabar's in N.Y.C Slice and spread with mustard and mayonnaise. Fill with chicken salad or smoked turkey. Lamb or beef stew taste good with it too. Bobbie's Notes: This was delicious. Try with other herbs as substitute for rosemary.
