½ teaspoon Each minced garlic and
Ginger
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
Salt and pepper

Directions

Set ingredients in a small saucepan, heat and reduce until syrupy; drizzle through a strainer, over tuna.
